Whisk all till smooth. I usually blend it in my nutribullet, for a super creamy consistency, but you can use any blender of your choice!

Heat up a frying pan. Add a dollop of butter and let it melt. Once melted, add in some of the pancake mix, as thick or thin as you like.

Leave on medium heat until the bottom side is done, and you can turn the pancake. Turn the pancake on its other side, and leave it there until golden.

Put the pancake on a plate and add any toppings of your liking. Strawberries, almond butter, honey or bulletproof icecream are just a few of the many choices!
