Guilt- & glutenfree banana chocolate cake for your carb-refill treat days. Kids will love this cake, and it is absolutely guilt-free. Gluten- and processed sugar free. However do make sure to limit consumption to your carb-refill days 1x/week, as despite having only lush ingredients, it is still quite high in carbs, which we should limit to 1x/week. Enjoy! XX

 1 Butter to grease the pan
 6 tbsp Olive Oil
 2 Eggs
 125 g Buckwheat Flour
 42 g Cacao Powder
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 0.50 tsp Cinnamon Powder
 0.25 tsp Himalayan or Sea Salt
 0.50 tsp Vanilla Powder
 4 Ripe Bananas
 1 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
 60 g Coconut Blossom Sugar

Pre-heat oven to 180°

Blend everything together until smooth

Grease the pan with the butter and pour the mix in.

Place in the pre-heated oven at 180°, bake for 25-30 minutes

 60 g Coconut Blossom Sugar
