Gently warm Milk in a small pot on a stove
Add your turmeric, cinnamon & black pepper stir & simmer for 30 seconds
Lastly add MCT oil and a pinch of pepper and stir to mix through
Pour in you favourite mug and sprinkle some pepper or cinnamon for garnish
If you are in a rush and have a coffee machine you can steam this recipe and take out the stove element
Give this recipe even more of a superfood boost by adding raw cacao and mesquite.
