Green hummus is a great option for a healthy snack for you kids for school. Packed full of proteins, added greens, will give them energy and defeat ADHD.

 2 cups cooked chickpeas.
 1 cup kale (or leafy green of your choice), stalks removed.
 2 small cloves garlic, crushed.
 2 tablespoons tahini.
 1/4 cup olive oil.
 juice of 1 lemon.
 sea salt, to taste.

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until combined and smooth.

Season with salt.
