 3 teaspoons chia seeds OR 3 tablespoons hemp protein powder
 2 cups water or cold green tea
 3 teaspoons green mix powder (ie. Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Barleygrass, Chlorophyll)
 ½ teaspoon turmeric
 1 teaspoon coconut oil

You could add: 1 tablespoon nori flakes, small piece ginger, herbs ie. Fresh parsley, basil
