4 yolks (in addition to the whole organic eggs)
2 tsp organic vanilla
1 dash apple cider vinegar
100 g organic butter
150 g cold pressed organic coconut oil
80 g coconut blossom sugar
100 g water

Blend everything but the water in a blender. It takes a while to get the butter blended into perfect creaminess.

Add water and blend some more until well blended. Ideally, you want a yoghurt-like consistency for creamy ice cream.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and turn it on.

mmmmmh, sounds and looks delicious!!! If I only had an ice cream maker at hand. Does it work as well, if I put it in the freeze and when it´s frozen, blend it until soft and smooth in the blender?
Hi Mia, unfortunately it wont work as well.. but I would still give it a try! Ideally take it out of the freezer every 1/2 hour while freezing to stir and get some air into it. Let me know how you go! 🙂
