Mince pasta is one of these favourites that might be difficult to give up when switching to a gluten-free, modified paleo diet. Try this zucchini spaghetti recipe, and you'll never feel deprived again! 🙂

Chop onions and sauté in 1 dollop of butter. Once golden, add the mince, finely chopped garlic, Italien herbs and organic herbal or sea salt. Add the chopped tomato. Stir well. Let simmer on medium heat while preparing the rest.
Put your zucchini through the spiralizer. Heat up 1 dollop of butter in a frying pan, add zucchini spaghetti and let it fry on low heat while preparing the rest.
Optionally: leave the zucchini spaghetti raw for more enzymes and "live food".
Steam the broccoli very briefly, leave it crispy
Chop up the capsicum and basil. Grate the cheese
Put the zucchini spaghetti in a deep plate, add the mince, capsicum, broccoli, basil and cheese on top. Add a splash of olive oil and salt to your liking. Bon appétit!
