 5 Bananas - the bigger the fudgier the cake will be
 1 cup Buckwheat Flour
 0.25 cup Coconut Sugar
 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
 3 tsp Baking Powder
 3 tsp Cinnamon Powder
 0.25 cup Olive Oil
 1 dash Coconut Oil for greasing of the Baking Loaf

Pre-heat Oven to 180°

Blend bananas until smooth, then add all of the above ingredients other than the sunflower seeds and the coconut oil. Blend until smooth.

Stir the sunflower seeds under manually, you want them to stay intact and not go smooth.

Grease the baking pan with the coconut oil. Add in the mixture.

Put a few pecan nuts on top for decoration and extra flavour.

Place in oven for 45 minutes.
